What New Signings Measures
This game compares how many incoming transfers each club completed across the last 10 seasons, using Transfermarkt totals from 2016/17 through 2025/26.
- The number is arrival count, not money spent. A club can sign endlessly without topping the spending table.
- Loans, bargains, panic buys, youth promotions with fees, and full rebuilds all get flattened into the same arrival counter if Transfermarkt logs them in the total.
- Ties are common in this dataset, so SAME is a real answer rather than a trick option.
This is roster churn as a number: how many times a club reached into the market over a decade and came back with another player.
