• Gameplay is based on overall rank: places nearer No. 1 score higher on the rule of law index.
• Each reveal also keeps the underlying overall score, which runs from 0 to 1.
• The index combines household and expert survey data across constraints on power, corruption, open government, rights, security, enforcement, and justice.

One clean rank compresses a very thick idea of rule of law into a single ladder, even though the underlying score bundles rights, institutions, and lived legal experience together.
